Cashsurfers:
Cashsurfers is another company which bases its rate on advertising revenues but they are anticipating around $.60/hour or 1 cent per 10 points that you accumilate. The point system works as follows : every 30 seconds you receive 10 points. They have a big potential because there is no limit of hours you can surf with them. Another upside is that you get paid for being online, not only to surf.

PaidForSurf:
PaidForSurf has a different rate every month depending on how much you click on their banners. Personally, I think that the payscale is quite dumb. You have to click on their banners every 8.3 minutes to guarantee a pay-rate of $.75/hr. But their adbar is quite professional and have kept all their promises so far giving it a good reputation. Another upside is that you get paid to use the computer, you dont have to be surfing at all. And, last but not least, you can surf an unlimited amount of hours with them.

AllAdvantage:
AllAdvantage pays an OK rate, and the second best current referral rate. The better thing about AllAdvantage over some of the other services is that this one is more professional, and the first in the business. They invented "Get Paid to Surf the Web". It's pay out amount is fixed ($.50) so you can be sure to get the same amount while others will fluctuate due to how much their advertisers revenues.

GetPaid4:
GetPaid4 has a different rate every month because they base it on advertising revenues. But the upside is that they have a minimum pay rate of $.55/hour. They are still in public beta but they are planning a full release in the near future (they say approx. 2 weeks). Because of that, there arn't many official details to give out. Something that is known for sure is that you get paid to use the computer, you dont have to be surfing at all.

Spedia:
Spedia gives you your own personal domain name (name.spedia.net). The domain, when visited, refers the visitor to your real website URL. For each visitor, you earn 1 adpoint. Spedia bases their revenues on advertisers. The most recent payout (December) was $.49/hour. The highest they have ever reached was $.54/hour (September). The adpoint system works like this : for every minute, you must change your browser URL. Then, for that minute, you receive 1 adpoint. There is a real upside to this one because they pay for an unlimited amount of hours you spend surfing with their Spedia Bar. But, a known problem with the bar is that it ussually doesny log 60 points per hour like it should. Sometimes, people have only gotten about 20 points an hour.

Epipo:
Epipo is the best service yet. They pay one of the highest rates ($.60), and seem to have a excellent system. Their referral rates are the best you can find ($.10 for all 6 levels!). They also have the longest amount of hours (50 hrs) allowed per month. Their site is probably most professional next to Alladvantage. The good thing is that they dont base their rates on advertising revenues, its a fixed rate. The only bad part of this service is that you have to wait a long time before you get your SurfWindow from them. I haven't even received their SurfWindow yet and I've been waiting for about 2 months.

Utopiad:
UtopiAD has an OK pay out potential. They get paid by their advertisers a certain amount of money per 1000 AD views. You will get paid 40% of the amount that they generate. Each AD view is 1 minute long. The bad part is that they only have a half-decent referral program (Level 1 - 10% Level 2 - 5% Level 3 - 2% Level 4 - 1%). Another problem is that you might have to wait a long time before you get your Cashbar, I haven't even received mine yet.

GoToWorld:
GotoWorld is an mediocre paying service but has one of the highest referral pay outs. The referral rate rises by the number of levels deep you refer, up to three levels. In order to make money through GotoWorld, you must use their browser, which is made from Internet Explorer and uses IE's settings. Or, you can just choose to have the ad banner on while you surf with another browser. GoToWorld bases its revenues by its advertiser income. Becuase of this, GoToWorld's payout is a measly $.06/hour. Definaltly NOT worth your time. But in recent months, the advertiser income has incresed but not by much. When it becomes acceptable ($.35/hr?), it might be worth joining.

Desktop Dollars:
Desktop Dollars pays quite well. They pay a good rate for direct referrals ($.10) but not very well past that ($.02). Their site is quite professional but they dont update it very often. They have already released their banner viewer. The good thing about Dekstop Dollars is that they dont put a ceiling to your earnings. They pay for an unlimited amount of time you spend surfing with their ProfitZone. Another upside is that you dont need to be surfing, you just need to be online. Before the regualr payout begins, they are running a promotional program and giving away lots of cash to the 5 people who surf the longest with their viewbar.

Paybar:
Paybar currently only pays to the US. They have a 15000 ad limit and their rate is $.60 per 1000 ads. Since I don't live in the US, I really dont know what the bar is like and how good it is.

Prizewindow:
Prizewindow is still in the alpha phase of making their ad viewer but it is still avalible for download and they are still paying for any amount of time logged. There arn't many details on prizewindow.
